Your guide to the Q2 2021 WELL addenda

WELL recently announced the Q2 2021 addenda and this quarter outlined a number of amendments and new strategies to support projects in the Airport Sector and WELL Core projects.

QED welcome these updates to WELL requirements, in particular in A01 Air Quality - Part 2 Monitoring, aligning air quality sensor accuracy and more practical location requirements provides more certainty for projects and building owners looking to take Indoor Environment Quality management to the next level.

It is good to see WELL continue to improve and adapt and introduce changes that clarify and enhance feature language.

Access & download all addenda resources in the Q2 addenda toolkit or read the summary here.
