Perth's office market has been through a rough patch with vacancies above 20 per cent. Although there is renewed interest in activity, it is going to be competitive with continued 'flight-to-quality'.
In February 2019 the city shaping experts from Urbis, David Cresp and Ray Haeren were joined by our own Joe Scholz and Wood & Grieve Engineers, Tyrel Momberg, to discuss office health and sustainability.
